YOGA FOR ANIXETY
Monday's May 3, 10 & 17 @ 7:00-8:15 PM
Be at ease and more in the flow of your life. In this 3 part series we will use a blend EMYoga (Energy Medicine Yoga), Breathing Techniques, Affirmation and Meditative practices to re pattern your energy to step into a more balanced and grounded you! Each class has a weekly intention. Class is EST & a recording can be sent if you are unable to make class at the scheduled time.

YIN YOGA
Tuesdays @ 8:15 PM
Perfect class for before bed. Each week we explore physical & philosophical themes or settle into the season and element we are in according to Chinese Medicine. Yin Yoga works with the soft tissues of the body done all on the floor. Props like couch pillows and throw blankets work great if you don't have traditional yoga props. However props are not required. Variations are given. All class times are EST. Recording can be email if you can not make the class time.

Karen considers herself a lifelong student of yoga. Karen has learned from a variety of luminaries in the fields of holistic wellness, meditation, yoga philosophy, Qi Gong and Ayurveda. Also, a Usui Reiki Master and Oneness Blessing Giver, Karen uses her honest, creative approach, rooted in generosity, compassion and a touch of mysticism, to inspire her students to find their unique selves and to experience the liberating joy of expressing their truth. Karen currently holds certifications in Hatha, Yin, Restorative & EMYoga. She is working toward her Sound Healing Certification from The Sound Healing Academy.
